Personal training begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your movement patterns, fitness level, and individual goals. Training sessions are fully individualized to improve strength, mobility, conditioning, and overall physical capacity. All coaching is delivered in person, ensuring safe execution, efficient progress, and sustainable results that support both performance and long-term health.

Semi Private Group Performance Training
Semi-private performance sessions provide small-group training focused on building strength, power, speed, and high-quality movement. Athletes benefit from a structured group environment while still receiving individualized coaching and progressive development. Sessions are offered at select times—please inquire for availability.

High School Athletic Development Program
The High School/youth Athletic Development Program focuses on building high-quality movement patterns and foundational physical qualities that support long-term athletic development. Training is designed to improve strength, coordination, and athletic expression while enhancing durability and resilience. This approach prepares athletes for future performance demands while reinforcing the habits, mindset, and movement standards required for sustained success in sport. My specialty is developing general physical qualities through intelligent, periodized training—creating the foundation that allows athletes to express sport-specific skill at a higher level. The goal is to build strong, resilient athletes capable of handling the movement demands, force outputs, and physical stresses of their sport. I also work with general population clients, weekend warriors, and individuals pursuing long-term health and fitness. There is no one-size-fits-all approach—every program is individualized, drawing from a wide range of training methods to support your goals, whether you’re striving to compete at a high level or simply move and feel better.
